To cap off a stellar internship, both the NYC and SF teams were tasked with strategizing a plan for Hotwire’s FY2020 recruitment cycle. As a member of the NYC team, I worked closely with the Account Coordinator Interns to devise a comms plan with feasible KPIs rooted in a social cause.
Working as a team, we pooled together our different backgrounds in research, design, and even theatre training to pitch our strategy to the entire HW North America team.

Higher, Faster, Stronger
As the only Design Intern across both teams, I wanted to elevate our presentation deck by utilizing Ceros, an experiential content platform, to jüj up our preso with animated graphics and visuals.
After working on Hotwire’s B2B peak campaign, I also learned how to elevate both narrative and design by creating a common thread throughout. We choose the Olympics for our thread, inspired by the dedication, training, spirit, and of course timeliness for our 2020 recruitment vision.
